As a member of Canada’s 2023 Junior Rhythmic Gymnastics Group, I competed nationally and internationally, becoming a Canadian and Eastern Regional Champion, placing 4th at the Pan American Championships, and competing at the 2nd Junior World Championships. Beyond competition, I loved the combination of athleticism and expression through movement. Training and traveling internationally pushed me beyond my comfort zone and taught me discipline, precision, and most importantly, teamwork.
